Greater Noida: The authority of the construction of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) on Thursday collected a fine of RS 50,000 on two builders people not to be trash.
While the Galaxy North Avenue was fined for RS 40,000, the victory of one Amyra community in Sector 16 Greater Noida slapped the fine of Rs 10,200 due to the lack of waste management right in the complex.
Under the Rules of Solid Waste Management 2016 (SWM), Greater Noida has implemented a bulk waste generator clause to manage their waste even because it will only collect inert waste.
The two people were found to violate this government by the official team from the Gnida Public Health Department, including Dr.
Umesh Chandra, Sanjeev Vidhuri, Mudit Tyagi and Indra Nagar.
The two communities have been directed to deposit a good amount in three working days while CEO of Gnida Narendra Bhoooshan reaffirms its appeal to all mass waste generators and Greater Noida residents to help.
