Greater Noida: The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) will hire a consultant to assess the residential community maintenance facilities on a scale of 1 to 5.
This step follows repeated complaints from inadequate residents in the complex.
Officials say that the rating of certain community will be carried out for feedback received from its residents in 10 parameters such as sanitation, elevator maintenance, electricity supply and public areas.
The responsibility for maintaining this facility is the builder, the association of apartment owners or any company employed by them, depending on the status of the community.
“Greater Noida Authority has mediated at least 35 meetings between builders and buyers.
At most of these sessions, residents have raised concerns about maintenance facilities in their communities.
So, we have decided to assess community performance in terms of maintenance facilities and find solutions to The problem, “said Narendra Bhoohan, Gnida CEO.
Officials say the ranking system will make agencies, aoa or builders responsible for the types of maintenance services they provide.
So, if certain agents are found to do a good job, it can be employed by other communities too.
“For the ranking system, we will immediately hire a consultant,” said BhooShan.
Officials said the initial presentation of the proposal was made.
“The ranking system will make agencies or developers provide good facilities because their image will be at stake.
The association of residents and apartment owners will also get information about companies that do good work.
These mostly can solve maintenance problems,” CEO said.
