Letter: Textile Traders and Manufacturers in a letter celebrate the GST GST Decision of the GST Council to postpone the increase in goods and service taxes (GST) in textile goods from 5% to 12% on Friday.
Industrial players, who are related to uncertainty in business for global pandemics, said that they had begun to accept new orders for the wedding season which began from the end of January in various parts of the country.
“Weavers has begun to accept new orders immediately after the decision (GST Council) was announced.
There is a request on the market, by traders cautious in placing orders with weavers because they propose an increase in GST,” said Vijay Mantanukiya, a leader in the Anjani Industrial Area, Kosad .

The law of the Minister of State for Textiles and Train Darshana Jardosh, thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister of Finance Union Nirmala Sitharaman for postponing the increase in textiles.
“I am grateful that the demand for industrial stakeholders has been considered, especially in challenging time today, when this sector is on the path of recovery,” Jardosh said in a statement.

The leaders who lead the movement against the proposed GST increase offer candy with each other and exploded firecrackers.
“We hope that the increase in GST has never been forced in the future.
