Vadodara: Court session rejected the application of Gangrape Guarantee and murder accused of Delip Chaudhari, Indigenous Jharkhand.
Chaudhari has filed a regular guarantee after the police submitted a detailed Chargesheet in this case recently.
Chaudhari, in his guarantee application, stated that he became involved in this case and that there was no prime-facie evidence.
“I opposed the guarantee because Chaudhari was accused of crime such as rape and murder.
The defendant’s application seems to be debit and discussions about all evidence in this amount of detail is not permitted,” said Ramesh Gianchandani, government assistant government assistant.
“The court observed that there was excellent-facie evidence against Chaudhari.
Also, observed that this case was included in the category of extraordinary cases where guarantees could not be given as a rule.
Therefore, the court rejected the guarantee application accused of Friday,” added Gianchandani.
Chaudhari and five other men were accused of raping and killing a 37-year-old woman in Dethan Village Karjan Taluka in August this year.
The woman went to the nearest field on the night of August 16.
The six defendants, who worked as laborers, hang out near the railway line.
They followed him to the field and then allegedly with the raping gang.
The accusation then used his dupatta to strangle him.
Within a few hours looking for the woman’s body, the police tracked all the defendants and arrested them from the nearest emergency hut.
