Guidelines issued for Elementary School in Coastal District

Mangaluru / Udupi: With the Ministry of Education that allows offline classes for elementary schools for class 1-5 from October 25, the Administration of Dakshina Regency Kannada and Udupi has issued guidelines for institutions.
Thus, the approval letter of the parent is a must for school children to attend class.
Screening for Covid-19 symptoms must be done at the school entrance.
Classes must be made using only 50% of the capacity of seating in the classroom.
Aligning social, wearing masks and use of mandatory sanitiser.
Classrooms must be cleaned using a 1% sodium hypochlorite solution every day.
Teachers and staff, who have received a vaccine dose against Covid-19, are permitted to enter the classroom.
The 50-year-old teacher must use a facial shield while teaching, DCS states.
The pool in the district can function with a capacity of 50% and the number of swimmers permitted in each session must be displayed on the bulletin board.
Only those who do not have Covid-19 symptoms and receive both vaccine doses must be allowed to enter the collection.
After each session, the pool must be cleaned using a 1% hypochlorite sodium solution, the release is added.
