Letter: Special Court under the protection of children from sexual violations (Pocso) acting in the city to be a 24 year old man to 20 years in prison for kidnapping and rape a little girl.
Judge Aarti Vyas from the Special Pocso Court found accuses Buddhvilas Vishwakarma, bets every day, guilty of kidnapping and rape of a 8-year-old girl.
According to the detail of the case, the defendant has kidnapped the girl when he was sleeping outside his home in one of the slums in the letter in March 2019.
His girl and sister, who married, came to live with their uncle in Utran on the outskirts of the city.
When Survivor’s sister woke up at around 7 in the morning on March 14, 2019, she found the girl crying with pain.
The girl told her sister that she was taken to the bushes by an unknown man and experienced sexual violence.
He said that he fell unconscious and to get back his awareness back home.
The family approached the police who arrested Wiswakakarma, a native of Bharatpur at Uttar Pradesh.
