Rajkot: 34-year-old Mamlatdar Deputy of Ranavav Taluka in Porbandar District, arranged to undergo sex assignment surgery (SRS) in the next few years.

Mehta said, “SRS I will take two to three years.
I am currently a variety of treatments at Ahmedabad who need pre-SRS.” Mehta further said that he suffered from a gender dysphoria where he had feminine behavior trapped in a male body man.
His family was originally against his thinking line, even though they decided to support his feelings and help him start treatment at Ahmedabad.
Currently Mehta is undergoing a psychiatric counseling and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in addition to cosmetic procedures including hair removal, hair transplant, lift arms, among others.
