Ahmedabad: Gujarat on Saturday recorded 15 new Coronavirus cases that took infection calculations to 8.25,287, said an official from the State Health Department.
With an additional one fatal reported in Rajkot, the victim of Covid-19 in the country was at 10,079, the official said.
At present there are 184 active cases in the western state, where five patients are in critical condition, he said.
The Vadodara district reported the highest number of new cases, followed by Ahmedabad with four, letters with three, and Anand, Bhavnagar and Rajkot with one case respectively, the official said.
The Dadra union area and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu reported two new Covid-19 cases and one recovery during the day, stated.
With this, the city center of Covid-19 reached 10,631, which included four victims and four active cases.
As many as 3,97,524 people were vaccinated against the coronavirus during the day, raising the total number of doses given so far in the country to 4,26,66,652, the release here states.
