Palanpur: A 10-year-old girl lost together with her 8 year old brother from Modasa Old Bus stood about 10 days ago.
Father of children, a memo worker, did not immediately notify the police but began looking for his own children until Friday.
Laxman Popatbhai is a widower who lives in an open ground behind the Chowky police close to the old bus holder along with her two children.
About 10 days ago, the two children came out for picking as usual to the market, but failed to return at night.
The confused father was in Wits End while looking for his missing children since then.
He even contacted his relatives in Himatnagar and Dehgam, who also joined him in finding children whom they suspected had been kidnapped.
When all searches went in vain, the destroyed father finally approached the police on Friday and registered the kidnapping complaint.
Dy sp Bharat Basiya said they had been very looking for two missing children.
In addition to checking CCTV cameras in the area, the police also used human intelligence to investigate and form a police team to expand their search.
