Rajkot: On the National Teacher’s Day, a 44-year-old principal allegedly committed suicide in the primary school class in Thordi Village, Gir Somnath on Sunday, accused the mental abuse by officials and teachers of the local education department.
The staple of Ghanshyam Amreliya was found hanging from the ceiling fan at around 12:30 a.m.
In the suicide notes found on Him, Amreliya blamed the basic Taluka and Three Basic Education officers for mental torture, which caused it to take drastic steps.
