Vadodara: A video of three young men, stripped naked by a horde, admitted that they were responsible for harassing girls had become viral on social media on Thursday.
Cross complaints about the incident was registered at the Shahera Police Station in Panchmahah District on Tuesday night.
The three young men allegedly harassed two girls studying in class IX and class XI and lived in a village in Shahera Taluka on Tuesday.
They asked the girls to share their telephone numbers when they returned from school.
When the relatives of the girls tried to intervene, the young men threatened him.
The trio left the place and the girls who were surprised told their other relatives.
Kin the girl allegedly traced one of the young men and beat her.
They asked him to call two other people who attended him in the morning.
The three young men were taken to an isolated place and stripped naked.
They were beaten and the trio video claimed their actions were recorded by someone.
The other in a horde also looks video recording.
After the incident, the young men filed a complaint against the masses while the girl filed a complaint of harassment to the young men at the Shaha police station on Tuesday night.
