Vadodara: The Director of the Chemical Company in which the explosion in the boiler has caused the death of four people ordered because of the guilty murder did not number murder on Saturday.
The company authority landed in trouble after providing housing to workers near the boiler which exploded on Friday morning.
The explosion at the Canton Laboratories Pvt Ltd has left four dead and 11 others injured.
Two of the deceased was used to stay in a room near the burst boiler.
“Investigation in this case revealed that four rooms were displayed as storage in the unit plan.
However, the workers used to live in these three rooms,” said the police commissioner’s assistant S B Kumpavat.
So far, it turns out they live in this room including Varsha Chauuh (30) and his daughter Riya Chauuh (4).
Varsha Kamlesh Chauhan’s husband, son of Vinu Bhoi and Vinu Mahendra Bhoi also lives in the room.
Police question the company directors, employees and others before registering violations.
The Directors of Tushar Patel and Ankit Patel were accused of committing guilty murders who did not amount to murder under 54 years, 308 and 114 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
Apart from the mother-daugher duo, two workers were also killed in the incident.
This includes Ravi Vasava (19) and Satish Joshi (65).
Joshi is a boiler operator in the temporary unit Vasava is a helper.
Police Manjalpur initially enrolled the incident as an unnatural death and started an investigation.
