Gurugram: Private Principal in Sohna Allegedly Harassed and Attacked by Parents Because they refused to issue a transfer certificate for a higher class, police said on Wednesday.
Around 10:30 a.m.
on Tuesday, the defendant was suspected of approaching the owner-cum-principal of the Megha International School for the TC certificate (TC) for his ware.
When the principal handed over the document, the defendant allegedly insisted on TC for a higher class, police said.
In his complaint, the principal claimed that parents harassed and struggled to refuse to give up on “unreasonable requests” and issued a fake certificate for a higher class.
The defendant allegedly also threatened the principal after the latter to complaint at the Sohna City Police Station.
The case has been registered under the IPC 323 section (causing pain), 452 (trespass) and 506 (criminal intimidation) in this problem.
In a separate incident, a complaint was submitted after a 10th grade student of a private school, it was also located in Sohna, allegedly slapped several times by the physical education teacher.
The student was allegedly convicted of being turned out after writing his paper on October 8, a complaint submitted by his mother, Rekha Raghav, said.
Students, states complaints, have been “swollen in his eyes” and have returned home crying because of pain in his eyes and ears.
A case was registered against the teacher under the IPC section 323 (causing injury) and section 75 (atrocities) of the adolescent justice (care and protection of children) acting at the Sohna conscious police station.
