Half of 12,540 the active case of Tamil Nadu comes from six districts

Chennai: The new case of Tamil Nadu Tally is closer to 1,000 marks with countries that record 1,090 fresh infections on Tuesday compared to 1.112 on Monday.
At least 10 districts noted less than 10 new cases.
At the end of the day, after the country was dismissed 1,326 people from the Covid-19 registry, there were 12,540 people who underwent treatment for viral infections.
15 deaths reported on Tuesday took the total toll in the state to 36,048.Chennai (141) and Coimbatore (128) continued to report more than 100 cases respectively, although the two districts recorded a decline from their Monday decline.
Chennai reported 144 cases and coimbatore 130 cases on Monday.
However, a dozen districts reported increased cases compared to their Monday figures.
The sharpest increase was reported in Tirunelveli.
New cases in the district rose to 14 on Tuesday from 6 Monday.
Likewise, Vellore cases rose to 21 out of 14.
On the other hand, 24 districts reported less than 20 cases on Tuesday, and of which Virudhunagar (2) and Ramanathapuram (2) reported the fewest cases, followed by Tirupattor (3) and Theni (3).
Of the 15 state deaths recorded on Tuesday, there were four of Nagapattinam and three of the Tharvur.
Coimbatore, Chengalpet, Tiruvallur, Thiruvarur, Karur, Madurai, Villupuram, and Ranipet reported one of their respective deaths.
All other districts, including Chennai, Chengalpet and Kancheepuram, reported zero death (752) and Salem (608).
With only 36 people who underwent treatment for Covid-19, the minor had the least active case.
Meanwhile, 1.4 lakh people took vaccines on Tuesday, taking the calculation of doses to 5.43 crores in government vaccination centers.
Private hospitals have provided 26.43 doses of lakh since May 1.
