Hansal Mehta filmmakers and producer Bhushan Kumar have been summoned by the Delhi High Court after the lawsuit was submitted against them, objected to their upcoming films, ‘Faraaz’.
Duo has been asked to appear before the court on October 28, declared a report in Hindustan.

The film is based on Dhaka 2016 terrorist attacks The report quoted a lawyer who claimed that they had sent legal notices to Hansal Mehta and others because they describe Faraz in the film without taking approval from the family.
They demanded that the film should not be named Faraaz because it was closely related to their families who lost their lives in a terrorist attack.
The ‘Faraaz’ maker has given a reply claimed by a lawyer ‘very vague’ and has demanded special film filtering.
‘Faraaz’ will tell the story of Holey Artisan Cafe’s attack that rocked Bangladesh in July 2016.
Speaking of the film, Hansal Mehta has said in a statement, “‘Faraaz’ is the story of deep humanity and its main victory on her face difficulties in violence.
