New Delhi: Royal Challengers Bangalore Pacer Harshal Patel on Sunday became the first bowler in IPL 2021 to claim a hat-trick.
Exploitation 4/17 Patel helped RCB inflict massive defeat on the defending champions Mumbai Indians in Dubai on Sunday.
Pacer right arm has emerged as one of the most important bowler RCB after taking 23 wicket in just 10 games that also saw him sitting in the bowling list this season.
Altogether he has 69 wicket under his belt in 58 IPL matches.
Harshal happy to say the achievement will take time to sink when he took a hat-trick for the first time in his career.
“The first time I have taken a hat-trick in my life, I have not done this even in a school match.
In the IPL, I have used a hat-trick six times and this is the first time I got it.
It takes time to sink,” he said.
