“This project will be developed in a different phase.
First of all, HSIIDC will develop infrastructure, the first phase auction will be carried out.
This will be fully on the Business Bay Line Dubai.
The project is in the area of Garhi Harsaru and other villages along the Dwarka freeway.

This project will have a large tower because it is allowed to be 3.5 for this hub.
There will be a total of four towers in the proposed project and the height expected will be around 60-70 floors.
Excluding industry, this project will have housing, commercial and service buildings.
It will be developed in such a way that all basic facilities will be provided underground.
The source said that in the first phase, the project will be developed at 50-100 hectares and the cost per hectare expected will be around RS 55 Crore.
The tender process to distribute work before auctioning the area will be carried out with the next 30 days.
The source in the department said that this advanced project would not only be a commercial center of the state but would also produce generators for HSIIDC driven by debt.
Dushyant also told that HSIIDC had around 208 acre land in Manbar where the department planned to develop amusement parks and expressions of interest would be invited from a global company for its development.
He claimed that HSIIDC’s financial condition has increased in recent years and now the target is to make a profit-making company.
