Chandigarh / Shimla: Punjab reported 652 Covid-19 cases while 19 people infected with the virus died on Monday.
Haryana reported 21 Covid deaths, 1,231 new cases and 3,544 recovery even as 1,13,826 people managed by vaccine during the day.
Himachal Pradesh reported seven Covid-19 deaths and 714 positive cases, while 1,554 patients also recovered during the day.
In Punjab, seven old deaths were also added to the calculation of countries while the results of treatment in seven cases were changed from up to death.
Jalandhar reported the highest of 109 cases, Mohali 74, Hoshiarpur 70, Ludhiana 63, Bathinda 45, Amritsar 42, Pathankot 30, Fazilka 29, Ropar 25, Muktsar 21, Moga 18, Patia 16, Barnala 13, Barnali Taran Taran 12, Sangrur and Nawanshahr 10 respectively, Faridkot Eight, Gurdaspur Lima, Fatehgarh Sahib Four and Mansa Three.
In Haryana, District Gurugram reported 478 cases during the day, followed by 126 in Yamunanagar and 114 in Faridabad.
Sonipat Regency reported seven deaths, Hisar Three, Panchkula and Kurukshetra respectively and Gurugram, Faridabad.
Panipat, Ambala, Yamabangar, each Bhiwani and Jhajjar.
In Himachal, three deaths were reported from Shimla District and each of Sanan, Kangra, bathing and Bilaspur.
The state has 2.77,236 confirming a positive Covid case, where 5,431 is active, 2,667,751 of recovery and 4,033 deaths.
While in Punjab 2,65,317 beneficiaries in various categories of immunized, where 1.21,273 received their first dose and 1,44,044 of their second dose, in Haryana 22,411 people took the first dose, 84,643 booster doses and 6,772.
