Vadodara: The day after the Gujarat High Court returned Hasmukh Bhatt as president who worked from Baroda Bar Association (BBA), Bhatt said that he would not take the executive decision but would appoint an upcoming lawyer’s body election official.
Bhatt was removed as president who worked by the Gujarat Board (BCG) and senior advocate of Kaushik Bhatt appointed as administrator.
BCG orders are challenged by Bhatt in a remained high court and ordered Bhatt to continue as president who worked but asked him not to make any policy decisions.
“I will not make any policy decisions, but when the law allows me, I will be appointed electoral officials,” Bhatt said.
He also added that if the lawyer at Vadodara would ask, he would come back against the poll for the President.
“Time and more people who are hungry power use junior lawyers because they raise some or other problems before the polls.
We warn them not to enjoy such practice and if they continue to do so we will challenge them legally,” Bhatt said.
