Hazaribag: The leading BJP leader has been booked based on Pocso Act by Hazaribag Police.
He has been hiding but the police are doing raids, said Hazaribag SP Manoj Ratan Chothe.
A pine against him has been submitted by the mother of a 13-year-old girl on Wednesday.
Alleged that the child below was persecuted on October 3 when he went to the factory owned by the leader for some work.
Officers responsible for the local police station said the girl was allegedly persecuted in a remote place by the defendant on October 3.
“The defendant allegedly handed the hospital to the girl to comfort him,” police said.
The girl then told her mother about the incident who then filed a complaint with the police.
