Chandigarh: Punjab and Haryana High Court have issued a notice to the Minister of Education Harwar Haryana and his department with a request for his decision to impose allegations of the Jhajjar Principal who is considered guilty of female sexual harassment.
The High Court has also held the department of promoting the principal to block education officers.
Justice Ramachandra Rao passed this command at the Postgraduate Teacher Petition (PGT) posted in the Gurgaon District.
He had been looking for a clue to the government to cancel the order on August 6 to impose allegations, pleading that the Minister did not have jurisdiction to disrupt the department process, it was also when the order itself stated that the accusation was proven.
He also looked for further direction instructions to act on the investigation report and forwarded the command of the penalty.
The Petitioner handed over that the local complaint committee Gurgaon has found the principal guilty based on sexual harassment of women in the workplace ACT, 2013.
