Nagpur: Four Former Chupber of Commerce (NVCC) Nag Vidarbha Head, The Apex Agency 13 Lakh Traders in the region, has moved the Nagpur bench from the Bombay High Court to beg for the elimination of the President of Ashwin Prakash Mehadia’s leader from the post.
Applicants – Dipen Agrawal, who is president of the Maharashtra and Trade Industry Association (Camit), Govindlal Agrawal, Ramesh Mantri and Murlidhar Surjan – also urged the court to set aside all decisions taken by the Board of Directors led by Mehadia (BOD) in the past two years.
They also pray for the appointment of administrators to run the NVCC, a public limited company registered with the Corporate Affairs (MCA), until the Liah case.
The petition was submitted through Atul Pande and Senior MG Bhangde lawyer emerged on behalf of the hearing held on February 11.
