Nagpur: Nagpur bench Bombay High Court on Wednesday appointed Justice (Pension) Zaka Haq as an Anjuman Administrator Hami-e-Islam operating around 17 educational institutions in the city.
While finishing his name, a division bench consisting of Judge Sunil Shukre and Vinay Joshi said he had a perfect reputation and excellent credentials.
“We have viewed that instead of entrusting responsibility to many people, especially in an institution such as Anjuman who run several institutions, which require disciplinary administrators and focus to point with great experience in the fields of law, administration, and education, will be more appropriate that we choose Haq judge to do business, “Bench said.
HC heard two petitions submitted by Anjuman Hami-e-Islam Hifazat-ul-Tanzeen Altaf Ahmed and Hasan Ahmed Mirza through Counsels Vikram Marpakwar and AB Mirza.
One intervention was also submitted by lawyer Raheel Mirza.
According to the Petitioner, trust in the institution of a college nursery to universities that offer postgraduate and engineering courses in various parts of the city, but they have foreigners or under illegal work.
It was brought under control to a certain extent with the appointment of the previous administrator, they said.
The bench enrolled cases for urgent hearing after the previous administrator Ba Sheikh, the former Main District and session assessed, expressing the inability to continue work.
