Mumbai: Two days after the Bombay High Court set aside a special Nia Court order who lived for 25 days the guarantee given to Naresh Gaur, a defendant in the case of conquering the Antilia bomb, an appeal bench on Friday recorded his statement through his advice.

Gupte said Gaur had only been ordered for violations at the time, along with a criminal conspiracy, under the IPC 120B section.
HC, in the order, noted that Gaur was still in detention and Gupte, in court instruction, said that the appeal would be heard next Wednesday, the defendant would not succeed by filling out the formality to rise.
