In addition, orders in the anticipatory guarantee application have also been postponed.
The anticipatory assurance application Raj Kundra in the court session will not be said today because of the unavailability of the judge concerned.
He has submitted this application in the case of Pornography Maharashtra Cyber.
Last month when the problem of Raj Kundrra was heard at the Bombay High Court, the Public Prosecutor Aruna Pai had told HC that the 45-year-old businessman was arrested because he began to remove groups and whatsapp chats, so ‘destroy proof’.
Furthermore, revealed that the Crime Branch Mumbai had confiscated 51 pornographic films from two applications.
Aruna Pai also said that there was an e-mail message from Kundra in its hotshot application with Bakshi Pardeep, her brother-in-law, who owned a company in London.
On his side, Shilpa Shetty issued a statement on Twitter, maintaining that he would hold back not to comment on this case, “Yes! The last days have challenged, in every front.
There are many rumors and allegations.
Many aspalons are unreasonable on me thrown by Media and (not so) SOVEER too.
Many trolling / questions are asked …
Not only for me but also for my family.
My stand …
I haven’t commented and will continue to refrain from doing it in this case because this is Subjudice, so please stop connecting a fake quote on my behalf.
Repeating my philosophy, as a celebrity “never complained, never explained” What I will say is, because this is an ongoing investigation, I have full confidence in Mumbai Police Indian justice.
As a family, we take another way for all our legal solutions available.
But, until the moment I humbly asking you – especially as a mother – to respect our privacy for my children and ask you to refrain from commenting on half-baked information without verifying the same truth.
I am an Indian citizen who obey laws and professionals for the past 29 years.
People have put their faith in me & I never disappoint anyone.
So, most importantly, I ask you to respect my family and ‘my rights’ for privacy in these times.
We do not deserve media trials.
Please tell the law, please.
Satyamev Jayate! With Kepositives and Thank you, Shilpa Shetty Kundrra “.
