Cheema Kalan (Tarn Taran): Lakhbir Singh aka Titu, whose hands were cut into pieces with the Taliban style suspected by the group on the Singhu Delhi border, was the father of three young girls and worked as farm laborers.
The 36-year-old is a drug addict, according to his family.

Titus Jaspreet Kaur’s wife had left her house about five years ago with their daughter asked, 12, sonia, 10, and kuldeep, 8.
Now lived with her aunt Mohinda Kaur, whose husband Manga died about nine years ago.
Balkar wondered how the victim managed to reach Singhu.
“He can’t go there myself, someone must have lured him with drugs or money.
He just can’t go far to the Singhu’s own border,” he said.
Titu’s wife refused to talk to the media.
His uncle Banned added, “He left but now the government must think of his family and expose the people behind the incident.
