MySuru: Health and educational parameters of scheduled caste and tribes scheduled in Karnataka have increased, with a score above the national average.

Although it is recognized as an IT hub and exporting a high percentage of software, Karnataka has promoted inclusiveness in developing by creating more employment opportunities, he added.
Usha Rani noted that Karnataka outperformed Kerala and Gujarat in certain parameters.
