Shimla: Head of Himachal Minister Pradesh Jai Ram Thakur on Wednesday accused the Congress Party of people who had a pension scheme problem.
Thakur accused the Congress Government led by CM Virbhadra Singh – has abolished the old pension scheme to implement a new retirement scheme in 2003.
The minister’s chairman said this while handling public meetings at Chaugan Ground in Jaisinghpur under Kangra Jaisinghpur Regency after inaugurating and putting the stone foundation Development Project worth Rs 144 Crore.
This happens when the mass movement is being launched by government employees to support the old retirement scheme and MLA is to draw a flare to receive a decent pension.
In the selection of 2022 assembly, the pension scheme will be a big problem, said.
He said that the previous Congress government changed R & P rules for the police in 2015 and police personnel were deprived of several benefits.
Thakur said that the government was very aware of the situation and “would do anything possible for the welfare of police personnel”.
He accused the leaders of Congress to manage the sensitive problem of covid pandemic.
He said that at the peak of Pandemic, the leaders of the Congress did not do anything except those who were misleading.
Thakur said the leaders of the State Congress did not even regret their own central leaders and raised the RS 12 Crore bill as expenses during a pandemic.
CM said that previously there were only 50 ventilators in the state and the government currently took problems with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and 500 ventilators immediately given to the country and today the country has more than thousands of functional ventilators.
There are only two oxygen plants in the state and today the country has 30 oxygen plants, he added.
