Shimla: Himachal Pradesh reported two Covid-19 deaths and 261 positive cases on Wednesday while 48 positive patients had also recovered.
One death has been reported from Kangra Regency and Shimla.
The country has a total of 2,23,406 confirming positive cases where 1,972 active cases, 2,17,693 patients have recovered while 3,725 patients have died.
So far a total of 36,51,430 people have been tested for Covid-19 to 34.27,929 people have been tested negatively.
Since 19:00 on Tuesday, a total of 11,631 samples were tested in the state while the results of 95 samples were awaited.
The positive cases reported cover 16 of Bilalaspur Regency, one from Chamb District, 35 from Hamirpur Regency, 118 of Kangra Kangra, 4 of Kullu Regency, 25 from Bath Regency, 15 from Shimla Regency, 4 of Solan Regency and 43 of the District Solan.
Those who have recovered 3 of the Bilalaspur District, 8 of the Hamirpur District, 10 of Kangra Regency, one from Kullu Regency, 16 from Bath Regency, 3 of the Shimla District, 4 of Solan Regency and 3 from Solan Regency.
Bilalaspur District has 136 active cases, Chamba Regency has 22 active cases, Hamirpur district has 377 active cases, Kangra Regency has 840 active cases, Kinnaur Regency has 9 active cases, Kullu Regency has 37 active cases, Shimla has 185 active cases, Shimla District Has 106 active cases, Solan District has 31 active cases and Una Regency has 229 active cases.
