Amravati: District and Judge-2 session, vs Gayle, on Wednesday punish a 32-year-old person who works in a hospital in Badera for 10 years a hard prison for allegedly persecuting a girl with her colleagues together with a Covid test on July 28, 2020.
The convicted people have been identified as Alkesh Ashok Deshmukh (30) from Pusada Village in Amravati Regency.
Twenty employees, including the girl, the mall on Jalan Badera had gone to the Care Modi Trauma hospital in Badera on July 28 for a covid test.
Alkesh Deshmukh, who collected oral swabs, told the girl that the test had become positive and the vagina test must also be taken.
Deshmukh takes a swab sample from the vagina using a testing kit.
The girl then told her brother about the incident.
Know at the District General Hospital, the brother found that there was no such process done to detect Covid.
Meanwhile, Deshmukh allegedly sent an unpleasant message on the girl’s cellphone.
The girl reached the Badera police station and filed a complaint.
The police registered a case under the prevention of rape and caste schedules and tribes scheduled to act against Deshmukh and recorded 12 statements.

Bipin from Modi Trauma Care Hospital, Badera, and a female friend.
The judge found Desehmukh he was guilty based on section 376 (c) (1) and also slapped the fine of RS10000 and additional imprisoned by default a fine, five years improved imprisonment to find him guilty based on part 354 and a fine of RS 5000 and an additional one month in prison that was default fine.
