Greater Noida: The Ministry of Health of the Nida Industrial Development Authority (Gnida) on Sunday enacted a fine of RS 50,000 in Hope Hospital in the Delta 2 sector to dispose of biomedical waste which was inseparable from the hospital and left him in the hospital.
The next instruction is given to deposit the number to the authority within 10 business days along with warnings that if hospital management is found to repeat the law, strict actions will be taken in accordance with the provisions of the rental certificate.
“Under the Rules of Solid Waste Management (SWM) 2016 applies in Greater Noida, all hospitals are required to separate bio-medical waste and regulate the dumping point to the dumping point.
Bio-medical waste cannot be mixed with solid waste and leave without office,” said Salil Yadav, the Deputy General Manager responsible for the Public Health Department, Gnida.
