Vadodara: The District Court on Wednesday denied guarantees to Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) executive engineers involved in affordable housing fraud.
The court provides conditional guarantees to computer operators accused of being together.
Executive Engineer, Pramod Vasava, and Nishith Pithva’s computer operator has transferred their guarantee request last week claiming innocent.
Duo claims that the names of allottees are added then unknown to them and they do not receive financial or other benefits of them.
It was also said that this case rested on the documentary evidence that had been collected by investigative officers so that they must be guaranteed.
Opposing their Guarantee Application, District Applicant Applicant Antil Desai argues, “The defendant was an executive engineer from an affordable housing department, so it was his duty to monitor website affairs and signed a list of final allotment published at that time.
