Gurgaon: Reeling under severe crunch funds, HSVP has decided to monetize the land intended for the Gymkhana club in Sector 55.
Urban development authority, in fact, plans to develop 1.4 acre land to 26 housing plots and sell the same to raise more from Rs 50 Crore.
At present, the city has two Gymkhana clubs – one in sector 4 and others in sector 29.
HSVP also built a rural club in sector 56.

Previously, HSVP tweaked his plan to monetize his unplanned land in sector 9 and 10 in Gurgaon and Sector 1 in Pataudi.
Authority will develop around 300 plots and sell the same through e-auction.
HSVP hopes to collect around RS 500 Crore from this plot auction.
In addition, HSVP also saved his plan to develop Ashiana housing projects in Pataudi.
About eight hectares of land intended to develop a flat under the Ashiana scheme for the economically weaker part (EWS) has been converted into a housing community plotted.
HSVP plans to increase around Rs 200 Crore from sales of more than 160 plots and commercial spaces.
In accordance with the actual plan, HSVP will develop 162 housing plots – 66 plots 4 Marla (1,089 sq ft) and 96 plots of 6 Marla (1,633.5 sq ft).
This colony will have 9, 10 and 12 meters of road.
It will also have two half acres of parks, regardless of the market at 0.30 hectares and elementary school at 0.25 hectares.
