HSVP released eight hectares of government land from encroachment

Gurgaon: HSVP has cleared about eight hectares of government land which traces in sector 52 on Monday amid big protests by wild residents.
Some shops, vegetable markets, building materials, nurseries, and other commercial activities run there.
Land was released from shrimp for the development of the community housing community.
The value of the land market is worth several crores.
A team of the wing of HSVP encroachment, along with the police, carried out the drive and destroyed around 30 building material stores and eight memo outlets, regardless of car service stations, electronic stores, vegetable markets and more than 100 Shanties.
“HSVP has acquired old land, but so far it has not been developed.
Over the years, the locals from the area penetrated the land, established commercial outlets and rented the same as different people,” said a senior HSVP official.
Junior Engineer Sandeep Lot said that encroachment was given two days to empty the ground.
“Legal action will be taken against wild occupants if they break the same land again,” he said.
Last month, HSVP cleared more than 10 hectares of government land from encroachment in the sector 24-25.
Reeling based on financial stress and struggling to meet its expenses, HSVP has identified several soil parcels that violate and plan to monetize the same.
