Dumka: In joint operation by police Sahebanjj and Delhi, one Dinesh Pandit was arrested in Sakhadbhanga’s village under the boundary of the Tinpahar police station on Wednesday to issue the threat of death to Godda MP Nishikant Dubey several years ago.
“Separate firs was submitted in connection with the alleged threat call conducted on MP members at various New Delhi police stations, Deoghar and Sahebanjj in 2018 where Dinesh was the main defendant,” Deoghar SP Dhananjay Kumar Singh, added, “Dinesh Will was taken to return for Interrogation to the accusation that flattened against it in the FIRS.
“In July 2018, Dinesh allegedly threatened to kill Dubey by telephone if he did not pay Rs 1 Crore to him and has warned him from a terrible consequence if he continued to improve his voice against the illegal infiltration of Bangladesh in parts Santhal-pargana.
Dubey claimed that his political opponents directed the defendant threatened him for expanding legal support to several accused people framed by Godda police in connection with Lynching from two livestock thieves a few days ago.
Dinesh previously issued the threat of death for Rajmahal MP Anant Kumar Ojha by telephone.
Singh said that Dinesh had a criminal anteceden with almost half a dozen cases, including murder and extortion, nesting against him at various police stations Sahebganj, Deoghar and other districts.
