Humans get 20 years old RI to abuse minor

Thiruvananthapuram: The Fast Track Special Court (Pocso) here on Friday sentenced a man of a 20-year-old prison sentence on charges of sexual abuse of the nine-year tenant.
Judge R Jayakrishnan also imposed an Rs 50,000 penalty in the culprit.
Failure to pay a penalty will produce an extension of a sentence of up to six months.
The number of penalties must be paid to the victim.
The judge also held his commandment that the victim was entitled to the appropriate compensation from the government’s victims’ compensation fund.
This case is related to sexual harassment faced by the boy on June 27, 2019.
Boys and families live by renting the first floor of the culprit house.
The prosecution case was that on a crime day, the perpetrators invited the boy to his residence on the ground floor of the house and harassed him sexually, leaving him traumatized.
He then told a boy that there would be no one else in his house next Saturday and he had to come home.
A few days later the boy asked him to go to the culprit house and stay there for a while he had to bring his sister to the hospital.
However, the boy refused to go and ask, the boy revealed the problem to him.
The mother in turn contacted her husband, who worked abroad and told this problem.
The initial response was to find his father’s help to help the mother and children find a new home for rent immediately.
After that the family filed a complaint in front of the police.
Defense advisers argue that the case incorrectly quoted delays in reporting crimes.
However, the judge, rejected this argument.
The judge also observed that the culprit was 53 years old when he committed a crime and was quite old to become a victim’s grandfather.
Therefore, he did not deserve any punishment in punishment.
