Coimbatore: A 63-year-old man and his daughter was released fatally by the TNSTC bus (Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation) in Konumbanur in Coimbatore Regency on Monday night.
The deceased has been identified as Subbade P Gaveri Amman Colony in Konumbanur and his daughter S Sarojini, 46, from Panchu Kattuputhur near Kittampalayam in Karamadai.
Sarojini’s son, Madan Kumar, 23, suffered minor injuries in the accident.
Subbank, Sarojini and Madan Kumar are workers.
They returned home with motorbikes after work.
Madan Kumar rides a motorcycle.
When they reached near Indira Nagar, a bus speeding towards the caramadai from Mettupalayam crashed into a motorcycle.
Subbank and Saroja, who drive Piliar, fall on the right side and are under the wheel of the bus.

Saroja rushed to the Mettupalayam government hospital where the doctor declared him to die.
Madan Kumar fell on the left side and escaped with a minor injury.
