Gurugram: 28 years executive who worked in a private company allegedly attacked and robbed of valuables and cash at the weapons point after he rose from IFFCO Chowk on Friday night.
The police said, he was then thrown away from a car that was engaged in isolated near Badhshapur.
Ajay Bisht, a resident of Faridabad, works with large car companies based in Gurugram.
After completing his shift, Bisht was waiting for local transportation at IFFCO Chowk to reach his house in Faridabad.
The Maruti Breeza car stopped nearby and asked where he was leaving.
There are four people who have been in the vehicle and they offer to drop it in Faridabad.
Bisht made to sit in the middle of the back seat.
“Within a few minutes of travel, one of them took out a gun and told me to hand over my things,” Siztt said.
The defendant made him distributed the details of his ATM card and transferred around RS 85,000 from his account.
They also took the debit card and took the cash 5,000 cash stored in his wallet.
The robbers instead of taking a car to Faridabad turned it towards Badhshapur and continued to threaten it.
After crossing Vatika Chowk, they dumped it with an isolated stretch.
Bisht took the help of a pedestrian to tell the police and his family about crime.
“I panicked and was shocked,” he said.
A case was registered at the DLF-2 police station below 34 (general intention), 392 (robbery) and 379 (grabbing) IPC.
“We scan the CCTV recording area to track the vehicle and the defendant,” said ACP (Crime) Preeting Sangwan.
