Hyderabad: Milad-un-prophet is celebrated peacefully in the old city on Tuesday amid complicated security settings.
The central procession was taken from Chupri Chaman with various organizations under the banner of Sunni United Forum India.
A large number of young people, children and religious leaders take part in the procession.
Youth scores participated in demonstrations in several parts of the old city.
Young people who held the flag caused the slogan praising the Prophet Muhammad.
Distribution of food and programmed blood donors is done to mark the day in many places in the old city.
Complicated security settings made by police and additional forces are deployed to ensure the behavior of peaceful processes.
“After a few years, we celebrated the Milad-Un-Prophet.
Before this, many of us have to mark the day at home because of the Covid-19 norm,” Fareed said, who participated in the procession.
Blood donation camp was held in many places including the central library in Afzulgunj.
Some young men donated blood for thalassemia patients.
“As always, blood Donma camp was held at the Asifiya Central Library.
Nearly 12 years ago, we started a blood donor camp with a dedicated team to create awareness among people to help Thalassemia patients,” said Mufti Qasim Tasqeer Ahmed Siddiqui, Jamia Nizamia.
