“I was attacked, threatened to keep quiet about my rape ‘

Vadodara: Law student, who filed a complaint of rape against a senior chartered accountant, also accused being beaten by the defendant.
The police will immediately take a survivor statement under the CRPC 164 section before the judge.
Duo Defendant – CA Ashok Jain and Raju Bhatt, an investor in his company – however, fled.
A senior police officer said that the police tried to track the two charges not found in their residence.
“The girl accused her that she was destroyed by the defendant and also threatened a terrible consequence if she revealed about her rape to anyone.
He belongs to Haryana and is in town to pursue legal studies at a private university,” the official added.
Survivor has joined the Jain company about five months ago with a paid apprentice.
“He had to take a long distance trip to the company and so, Jain helped him get a flat rent in the area in Dwalipura,” said an official.
The complainant alleged that Jain took her to the guest house at Vasna Road a month ago and introduced it to Bhatt who was an investor in her company.
In his complaint filed against the duo on Sunday night, the victims said that Jain, who was in his 60s, spoiled his drink and sought it at the guesthouse.
He then went to the flat later and allegedly raped him.
After a few days Bhatt, which is also a trustee from a temple, goes to a flat physical relationship and demands a complainant.
When he refused, Bhatt threatened him with a terrible consequence and then suspected of raping him.
The police said that the defendant sent her nude photo to her Prikenya friend and threatened to upload her photo on social media too.
