New Delhi: Indian Air Force Helicopter carrying the Head of the General Bipin defense staff fell near the Coonoor Tamil Nadu on Wednesday.

* IAF confirmed that the CD was treated on the boat.

Officials said 14 people were on a helicopter.
* MI-17V5 helicopter is on the way from the Air Force base when it falls near the coonor in Tamil Nadu.
* The helicopter crashes into a closer canyon with a small habitat on the tea plantation near Kattery, about seven kilometers away from coonor.
* Official sources quoted poor visibility due to thick fog because of possible reasons behind the accident.
* So far, seven bodies have recovered from the accident site.
* According to a report, three people who were injured were critically taken to the hospital.
The television image shows a helicopter in the fire as a locally trying to put out it.
* Official sources in Delhi said that all those who were injured in the helicopter board were evacuated from the crash.
* There hasn’t been clarity about the condition of CD.
