Patna: The day after MP Jatui Chirg Paswan wrote to the Election Commission to be a claim for the symbol of the “bungalow”, his volatile uncle and the United States Minister Pashupati Kumar Paras said LJP and his election symbol belonged to his fax.
Paras clarified that there were no other factions that could use the LJP selection symbol in any election except for him.
“I have been recognized by the speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla as the leader of the LJP parliamentary party,” he said.
MP Hajipur said he had been nominated as a minister in the Cabinet Narendra Modi in the LJP quota.
“We are the original LJP because we have the majority.
I was also nominated as the National President of the LJP by the National Executive Committee,” he added.
Paras said there was no confusion about his recognized impurity as a real LJP founded by the former Union Minister who was late by Ram Vilas Paswan.
“I am a true political heir Paswan Senior after his death,” Paras told this reporter by telephone.
The BARAS reaction came after the Chirag announced that he would establish a candidate for the Tarapur and Kusheshwar Stan assembly chair where the Bypolls would be held on October 30.
The chairs fell after death serving MLA.
National Spokesman Chirag Faction A K Bajpai said, “We have written to the election Commissioner and urged him to dismiss the paras group claim.
The Claim of the Group of the Paras is illegal in accordance with the party’s internal constitution.” The Election Commission was set to issue notifications for Bypoll on October 1.
The candidates will submit their nomination until October 8 and supervision will be held on October 11.
Voting will take place on October 30 and the results will be announced in November 2.
