Immediately, the office to handle RWA works in Noida & Ghaziabad

Ghaziabad: The state government has provided a nod to the office of the company’s representative registrars, corsets and the community to function in Ghaziabad and Noida.
It is mandatory for the body of the residents to be registered at the office and in the absence of a center in Noida and Ghaziabad, people have to travel to Meerut for these groups.
The command of the state government issued on July 1 said that two days a week, the office of the company’s representative registrars, corsets and the community will operate in Noida and once a week, it will function at Ghaziabad.
Administrative officials from the two districts were asked to make arrangements for office space.
“Because Ghaziabad and Noida have become a group hub of the housing group, it is reasonable that the office is separate from the representative of the company, Chits, and the community emerged in one of the two districts,” said Alok Kumar, a member of the Federation of Apartment Owner Association.
“Since 2016, we have written to the government and asks officials to open offices in Noida or in Ghaziabad.
Finally, the order has arrived,” Kumar added.
However, it does not mention the date of when the office will start operating in Noida and in Ghaziabad.
The source said it could take about a month.
There were more than 300 associations of apartment owners (Aoas) and 800 population welfare associations (RWAS) in the Ghaziabad district.
In Noida, there are around 280 Aoas and more than 700 rwas.
It is mandatory for all Rwas and Aoas to be registered with the Office of the Deputy Regional Registrants, Pangatan and the Community.
“Not only that, the election work of Holding Rwa also leaned against this office and in terms of disputes, the office can intervene,” Kumar said.
“We have to travel to Meerut for any work related to the body of the residents.
After about five years, our demands are finally heard,” he added.
