Jaipur: The Chairman of the Ashok Minister Gehlot has directed officials to ensure the right coal supply to produce the volume of electricity needed in the state.
During a review of coal on Friday, Gehlot asked officials to look for alternative steps to produce electricity to reduce dependence on coal.
He asked the Minister of Power Bhanwar Singh Bhati, Chief Secretary of Usha Sharma and other officials to raise this issue with the ministry who was respected and coordinated with them for the right coal supply.
“To increase the supply of coal, it is necessary to coordinate with the central destination ministry in Indian coal Limited.
Also, it is necessary to coordinate with the Indian train to allocate more cars to lift coal,” Gehlot said.
In addition to importing calls, officials must take steps to buy electricity through short-term tenders.
“Officials must review the possibility of obtaining new coal transportation and storage and coal storage.”
