Jhansi: High Voltage Drama Maintaining the Police and Administration in Tenterhooks throughout the day when an independent candidate who was nominated was canceled as a cellular tower in Jhansi on Friday.
Candidates claim that the nomination is deliberately canceled.
Senior police and administrative officials cannot convince him to go down even late at night.
The incident was reported from the Govindpuri area of Sipri Bazar where Pawan Yadav (35) rose a cellular tower in the morning.
Pawan, a former employee of a private company, has submitted his nomination letter as an independent candidate from the constituency of Jhansi aware on Tuesday.
The nomination was rejected by the officer who returned the next day due to shortcomings.
Pawan said he wanted to meet Ro to give an explanation but was not permitted by the police in Collectorate.
After getting information, the police along with the fire department reached the place and tried to persuade him to go down but Pawan was not buzzing.
Then at City City and Magistrate City also reached the place but failed to convince him.
Pawan’s family member was also called but he also did not listen to their appeal too.
“We have taken all the precautions, including the spread of the police, firefighters, medical teams and also regulates the net.
We convince him to go down and put his complaint through the right channel,” said a police officer.
