Intach Member recently met with collector districts of Rajkot and Commissioner of the city where they gave them decisions to document legacy buildings, sites, art, crafts, music, dance, culture, cuisine, and more in the collaboration of district and corporate administration city.
Documentation work will be carried out by members of the Institute under the leadership of Architect Riddhi Shah, holding Rajkot Articles and fans of researchers and inheritance.
Shah tells Toi, “We want to translate a variety of Rajkot Heritage to Inheritance that inspires.
We will document the importance of every legacy site or building, his current condition and determine his historical interests.

Some of them included Gondal’s Darbargadh and Palace, Rajkot’s Ranjit Vilas Palace, Rajkot Library of the British era, Rajkot Old Market such as the Lakhajir Market, Kaba Gandhi No Delo where Gandhiji lived, Kasturba Dham in Tramba detained under many more.
