Jerusalem: Israel on Sunday introduces new rules to determine the status of coronavirus vaccination, making booster shoot requirements for full inoculation and passport vaccination.
After the Pioneer Booster Shots for everyone aged 12 years and over, Israel is believed to be the first country to condition the validity of the vaccination passport after obtaining a booster.
Israel said it would soon cancel the vaccination passport of more than one million people, especially those who qualified for, but had not received the third vaccination shot.

Policy changes came after the Health and Israeli officials identified a significant immunity association of five or six months after their second Pfizer dose and after the study showed the effectiveness of booster shots in preventing severe illness.
