Jaipur: The police on Friday arrested two of the four attackers who shot and then destroyed the head of History-Sheeter Ajay Yadav at Park Bani on September 21.
The defendant was registered by the police as Virendra Singh aka aka Akshay.
West DCP, Pradeep Mohan Sharma said that the other four defendants had been arrested in this case.
Of the four shooters, Mukesh Yadav committed suicide on Thursday, while one more accused, Singh Baljinder aka BAVA escaped.
Additional DCP, RAM Singh said that the shooter placed a GPS device in the Yadav car to track every moment.
“They took off the tracker after killing Ajay Yadav,” he said.
Singh said that Billu had bought online trackers for Rs 5,000 to store tabs in Ajay Yadav.
Their plans face obstacles when they cannot find the opportunity to fit the GPS tracker in the Yadav SUV.
“The conspirator booked a hotel room overlooking Yadav’s house.
On September 17, the defendant finally found the opportunity and installed a device in the car Yadav,” Singh said.
Police said the defendant had installed a device on the vehicle’s chassis.
Once they got real access to the Yadav movement, the defendant chose Central Park as their meeting location.
For the next three days, the defendant trailed Yadav.
But they never found the perfect opportunity to execute their plans because Yadav was always accompanied by someone.
However, on September 21, they found that Yadav’s car moved towards the bani park, behind the crossroads, and decided to eliminate it there.
“Allegations have fanned different locations after killing Yadav.
But we have specific information about the location of Billu and Shekhawat and arrest them,” said Singh.
The police team included Naresh Kumar, Narendra Khichad, Vasudev Singh and Rajesh Kumar, arrested the two defendants.
Singh said that two defendants came to Lalchandpura Village near Panchyawala because they ran out of money.
Jaipur police said that they had sought the help of Punjab police to catch the rest of the Singh Baljinder shooter aka Bava.
