Jaipur: Turf Wars, a property dispute and shift loyalty between the gang was arranged by the Park Bani police as an excuse behind the murder of history of Ajay Yadav (42).
The police on Friday submitted a Chargesheet in the murder case that had rocked the city when several gunmen on a different scooter Waylaid Ajay Yadav near the soot factory area and fired a few shots towards him before finishing the work with heavy stones when their weapons were jammed in the middle.
Yadav was killed on September 21 in the middle of several tea huts humming with morning activities.
The police arrested nine people in this case and found that the competition was Ajay Yadav with his friend Pradeep Pradeep Yadav, also Sheeter History, caused his murder.
Chargesheet stated that Ajay and Pradeep were friends between 2008 and 2016.
But a series of disputes about property had worsened their partnerships.

In March last year, Pradeep and his gang members attended a wedding of a gangster and uploaded their photos on social media as a power show and also to send messages to Ajay.
Three days after the wedding, two acolytes Ajay, Himanshu Jangid and Bunty Sharma, attacked Pradeep.
Pradeep is left paralyzed.
Pradeep held a meeting with his gang member and decided to eliminate Ajay.
The gang bought a GPS device installed to Ajay SUV to track every movement in the city.
After killing Ajay, the defendant escaped in a different direction.
But when the police began to attack their hiding and residence, one of the accused, Mukesh, suicide.
