Jaipur: A 25-year-old man who appeared for the reet exam on Sunday was initially detained by Jaipur police and was arrested on Monday for allegedly raping his aunt.
Survivor rape filed firs on May 2021 where he alleged that the defendant had squeezed and raped him for two years.
Almost four months after the case was registered, the police team raided the examination center and arrested the defendant.
According to the police, the defendant (the police hoped not to mention his name to protect the identity of the rape victim) desired because the rape case was submitted against him in May 2021.
“Allegedly in the survivors of the rape living in Jaipur in February 2019 when the Defendant was preparing for the exam competitive in their homes , Monday.
While the police visited his house and asked about the defendant found that he had gone to Alwar for Reet on Sunday.
“We got the test letter and found the examination center.
We first held it from Matasya College, Alwar.
Our team acted as an anti-cheating squad and took it to Jaipur.
After the interrogation and end investigation, we arrested it on Monday,” added Rathore.
Police let the defendant complete his exam and then not told the reason for his detention.
“He did not understand but finally we told him that he was desirable in the case of his aunt rape and arrested,” he added.
The police have registered a case in the appropriate IPC section and acted against the defendant.
